Today the FA have issued new guidance on heading the ball in youth training sessions for all age groups 6 to 18 years old.

Got old football kit - need new kit for growing kids.
Lancot Football Club run a boot bank where you can donate your old, out grown boots and kit then pick up some that do fit for a small donation.
